Receptionist

Pay rate: $24.00 / $25.00

We have partnered with a law firm in the Manchester, NH area to provide them with a Receptionist. Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Receptionist:


#1. Must be professional and provide outstanding customer service to clients, visitors and colleagues.


#2. Must be able to multi-task, be dependable, and organized.


#3. Must have a high school diploma.

Requirements of the Receptionist:

• Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception; offering coffee or water
• Observing business etiquette, and maintaining a professional appearance
• Notifying legal staff of client arrival and directing clients as needed
• Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner, including coordinating multiple calls at the same time
• Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, conference rooms, and visitor spaces
• Manage and prepare conference rooms for meetings
• Ordering office supplies
• Organizing materials for scanning
• Mailing client invoices and statements
• Ordering lunches as needed for meetings, internal and external events
• Sending invitations for firmwide events to internal staff and external invites
• Maintaining building security by monitoring visitor and vendor access, verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor/vendor logs.
• Providing administrative support to the Operations team, attorneys, and staff as requested.
• Assisting with special projects and office-wide initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Other Key Requirements:

• Work on-site.
• No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
