Description American Lumper Services is a growing Nationwide Warehouse Management company that is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Recruiter to work with our management team to keep adequate staffing. Candidate must be reliable and have excellent organizational and time management skills, along with exceptional communication skills. This is an in-person position . Shift Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm Pay rate $25/hr. (weekly pay on Fridays) Benefits Health Insurance- 30 days after starting CA Sick Pay (Accrue from 1 day, use at day 90) Vacation after 12 months 401K- after 180 days (6 months) On-Demand pay Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to Targeting and contacting multiple candidates daily Bilingual (Spanish) Conducting in-person and/or phone interviews Scheduling interviews for the supervisors Extend job offers Organizing and tracking the onboarding process Conducting new hire orientations Tracking attendance and payroll Running background checks Working with on-site managers to keep staffing levels at appropriate levels Working with HR to process new hires and terminations Other duties as assigned Requirements Must be fluent in English and Spanish Effective communication Time management skills Organizational skills 1 yr recruiting experience Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Gmail, and Google Docs Positive attitude Must have reliable transportation Drug-free work environment Employer participates in E-Verify Background check required #J-18808-Ljbffr American Lumper Services llc
