Bilingual RecruiterAmerican Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company that is looking for a bilingual (Spanish) recruiter to work with our management team to keep adequate staffing. Candidate must be reliable and have excellent organizational and time management skills, along with exceptional communication skills. This is an in-person position.Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pmPay rate: $25/hr. (weekly pay on Fridays)Benefits:Health insurance- 30 days after startingCA sick pay (accrue from 1 day, use at day 90)Vacation after 12 months401K- after 180 days (6 months)On-demand payJob responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Targeting and contacting multiple candidates dailyConducting in-person and/or phone interviewsScheduling interviews for the supervisorsExtending job offersOrganizing and tracking the onboarding processConducting new hire orientationsTracking attendance and payrollRunning background checksWorking with on-site managers to keep staffing levels at appropriate levelsWorking with HR to process new hires and terminationsOther duties as assignedRequirements:Must be fluent in English and SpanishEffective communicationTime management skillsOrganizational skills1 year recruiting experienceWorking knowledge of Excel, Word, Gmail, and Google DocsPositive attitudeMust have reliable transportationDrug-free work environmentEmployer participates in E-VerifyBackground check required
