Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the back office team to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
• Train and mentor new dental assistants on best practices and protocols.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and manage workflow in the office.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and procedures.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of dental supplies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dental assistant role/lead assiting experience
• Current registered dental assisting license RDA and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in dental software and electronic health records.
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
