Front Dental Office Staff

We are looking for front dental office staff to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, reliable, and someone who is not afraid to take initiative.

Experience:

*Minimum of 2 years of experience as front dental office staff *Experience managing a team of employees *Experience with dental insurance billing and treatment coordination *Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal *Strong organizational skills with attention to detail *Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• As a front office staff, you will be responsible for scheduling patients, verifying eligibility, treatment coordination, dental billing as well as helping back office with daily operations and ensuring that all patients receive excellent customer service.

Requirements

*Minimum of 2 years of experience as dental office staff *Must have CPR certification *High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred. *Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
