3rd Shift Picker/Loader – Brookshire, TX 77423We are seeking dependable 3rd Shift Picker/Loaders to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution team in Brookshire, TX. This position is responsible for picking and building orders, preparing pallets for shipment, and assisting with truck loading. The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, and reliable with strong attendance. Candidates must be able to work until all assigned work is completed each shift.Pick and build orders using pick tickets, voice-picking systems, or RF devicesOperate pallet jacks, tuggers, and other warehouse equipmentStack, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipmentAssist with loading trucks as neededVerify orders for accuracy before shipmentMove and stage products throughout the warehouseKeep warehouse and work areas clean and organizedFollow all warehouse safety proceduresPrevious warehouse, order picking, loading, or general labor experience preferredAbility to lift and move 50 lbs. or more throughout the shiftAbility to stand, walk, bend, and remain physically active for extended periodsComfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environmentStrong attention to detail and order accuracyDependable with excellent attendance and punctualityMust stay for the entire shift until assigned work is completedPhoto ID required to enter the facilityNo felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies everMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screeningPay: $16.00/hourSchedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM until finished (typically approximately 8-hour shifts; end time depends on workload)Location: Brookshire, TX 77423 Snelling
