This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the company's day-to-day marketing efforts while helping shape its voice and online presence from the ground up. As the Digital Marketing & Social Media Lead, you'll manage social media, repurpose content across multiple channels, engage with prospective clients, and support future paid advertising initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative, organized marketer who enjoys both content execution and digital marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities Manage and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and the company website/blog Repurpose leadership-provided content into engaging, platform-specific social media posts Follow up with leads and prospects generated through marketing and social media activities Support future paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and WhatsApp Create marketing materials that reflect the luxury lifestyle and resonate with high-end homebuyers Must-Have Requirements 4–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in social media management Hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) Fully bilingual in English and Spanish Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar in daily marketing work Professional home office with reliable high‑speed internet and a capable computer Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently Nice-to-Have Requirements Experience with Follow Up Boss CRM and Mailchimp Experience writing or translating marketing content in Spanish Familiarity with luxury real estate or luxury lifestyle branding Why Join Us This is a unique opportunity to join a boutique luxury real estate brokerage at an exciting stage of growth.
