This position cultivates and maintains strategic partnerships with community organizations, schools, and agencies to support long-term student engagement and enrollment pathways. Working collaboratively with Recruitment, Dual Credit, and Marketing & Public Relations (MPR), this role ensures outreach efforts are aligned with institutional priorities and result in measurable engagement, applications, and enrollment outcomes.**Duties & Responsibilities*** Develop, implement, and evaluate outreach strategies that build and sustain a pipeline of prospective students.* Translate outreach efforts into measurable engagement and enrollment outcomes.* Identify and engage target populations and geographic areas to increase awareness, access, and enrollment.* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations, schools, and agencies.* Utilize CRM systems to track outreach, monitor engagement, and ensure timely follow-up.* Coordinate outreach efforts with Recruitment, Dual Credit, and MPR.* Deliver presentations and programming that generate interest and lead to applications.* Provide pre-enrollment guidance to move students from interest to enrollment.* Analyze outreach effectiveness using data and recommend improvements.* Support Dual Credit outreach efforts.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities*** Develop, implement, and evaluate outreach strategies that build and sustain a pipeline of prospective students.* Translate outreach efforts into measurable engagement and enrollment outcomes.* Identify and engage target populations and geographic areas to increase awareness, access, and enrollment.* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations, schools, and agencies.* Utilize CRM systems to track outreach, monitor engagement, and ensure timely follow-up.* Coordinate outreach efforts with Recruitment, Dual Credit, and MPR.* Deliver presentations and programming that generate interest and lead to applications.* Provide pre-enrollment guidance to move students from interest to enrollment.* Analyze outreach effectiveness using data and recommend improvements.* Support Dual Credit outreach efforts.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Minimum Qualifications:****Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelors Degree* Three years job related experience.**Preferred Qualifications*** Fluency in Spanish.* Experience with database and/or customer relationship management.* Experience in Higher Education.* Experience in Student Recruitment.**Physical Demands*** The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
