Human Resources Generalist

Full-time (Monday to Friday) – Salary: $70,000 per year. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing queries, concerns, and grievances and foster a positive working environment. Conduct thorough, unbiased investigations of employee complaints or policy violations, collaborate with legal and management teams, and ensure all investigations comply with legal requirements. Oversee core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance evaluations while ensuring compliance with all employment laws. Develop and facilitate training programs on workplace conduct, conflict resolution, and other relevant topics, supporting staff professional growth. Maintain meticulous records of employee interactions, investigations, and resolutions, produce regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 4 years of HR experience focused on employee relations and investigations. Knowledge of California state and local labor regulations and laws. Demonstrated experience conducting thorough and impartial HR investigations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
