Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring Production Workers for a plastic manufacturer in Perrysburg, OH. As a Production Worker you will work in a clean fast-paced manufacturing environment and be involved in all aspects of manufacturing plastic containers. Production Workers are required to perform a variety of tasks that require manual labor and use of tools, machinery, and equipment. The position entails heavy lifting and standing on your feet the entire shift. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($16.50- $17.65) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Available shifts include:

• 1st shift: Monday- Friday 6:00am- 2:30pm
• 2nd shift: Monday- Friday 2:00pm- 10:30pm
• Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Responsibilities of the Production Worker:

• Manufacturing large plastic containers.
• Assembly line work processes and procedures.
• Meeting production daily goals for output.
• Machine operation on the line.
• Proper use of hand tools and following all safety protocols.
• Quality inspection of products.

Required Qualifications of the Production Worker:

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
