Business Development Analyst

Business AnalystKokolakis is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to help power our growth. This role turns data into opportunity by bringing clarity to our pipeline, strengthening client relationships, and giving our teams the insights they need to win more work.You'll sit at the center of business development, marketing, and operations, helping connect the dots between people, projects, and pursuits. From keeping our CRM clean and actionable to identifying new opportunities and supporting strategic decisions, your work will directly impact how we compete and succeed.If you enjoy creating order out of complexity, spotting patterns in data, and making systems easier for everyone to use, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across the organization.Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:CRM Data ManagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date client, contact, and project recordsClean and standardize data across offices and teamsDevelop and enforce CRM standards, workflows, and governanceSupport CRM system integrations (including Procore) and drive user adoptionTrain staff on CRM usage and best practicesPipeline & Pursuit TrackingTrack and manage opportunities including RFQs, RFPs, and bidsMonitor procurement platforms and opportunity sourcesMaintain accurate pipeline data and backlog projectionsTrack and analyze win rates, hit rates, and overall performance metricsReporting & DashboardsPrepare and distribute weekly business development reports (pipeline, wins/losses)Develop dashboards and reporting tools for leadership visibilityConduct market sector analysis (solid waste, aviation, healthcare, federal, etc.)Lead weekly Go/No-Go meetings, identifying opportunities and supporting decision-makingBusiness Development SupportIdentify dormant clients and support re-engagement strategiesTrack client touchpoints including meetings, networking events, and interactionsCollaborate with business development and leadership on pursuit strategyMarketing IntegrationSupport proposal teams with project data and staff resumesMaintain project sheets and the company's experience databaseEnsure alignment between CRM data and marketing materialsQualifications, Experience and Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in CRM management, data analysis, or business development supportExperience in the construction, AEC, or related industry preferredProficiency with CRM platforms (ProjectMark or similar systems preferred)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting toolsStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailExcellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyBenefits100% Employer-Paid Benefits for Employees (Medical, Vision, Dental)Competitive Salary401k MatchCompany Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)Cell Phone Allowance3 Weeks PTOHolidaysVolunteer Time OffSummer FridaysPaid Parental LeavePaid CPE/Dues/LicensesMileage ReimbursementFitness ReimbursementTuition ReimbursementReferral BonusFun Culture & Employee EventsKokolakis is an equal opportunity employer.
