This is not a hybrid or remote position.Clearance: Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph.Compensation: $86,500 to $92,800.Mission DescriptionDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex software solutions supporting mission-critical systems, large-scale data processing, advanced analytics, and enterprise applications.* Analyze user and system requirements to develop software design solutions.* Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services.* Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.* Integrate software into new and existing systems and operating environments.* Develop and optimize database interfaces, queries, and data repositories.* Create and maintain technical documentation and design artifacts.* Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment.* Collaborate with software engineers, systems engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver mission-focused solutions.* Support software quality assurance, configuration management, and release activities.* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.Required Qualifications* No prior professional software engineering experience required.* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.* 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.BENEFITS - Full-time Employees* 401K with employer contribution.
