This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the front end of recruiting, loves building pipelines, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.What You'll DoProactively source candidates for a variety of roles including property management, maintenance, leasing, and corporate positionsBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databasesPartner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirementsConduct initial outreach and candidate engagement to generate interest and qualify talentTrack candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the ATSSupport market research and talent mapping for current and future hiring needsHelp improve sourcing strategies and share insights on candidate trendsWhat We're Looking For1–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience (real estate or property management is a plus)Experience sourcing for roles like leasing agents, maintenance technicians, property managers, and corporate staffStrong communication skills and confidence with candidate outreachComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple open rolesExperience with an ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)Organized, proactive, and detail-orientedDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
