Overview Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) , Highland Springs, VA We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team at Highland Springs Post Acute in Highland Springs, VA. As an OTA, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their highest level of independence and functionality. About the Role As an OTA, you will be responsible for assisting with evaluating and treating patients in a skilled nursing environment, establishing treatment plans, and implementing various methods to ease patient pain and increase mobility. You will also collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement patient care plans, maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress, and provide exceptional care to our patients.
