Qualifications

• Project management skills, including Project Management experience, schedule and budget oversight, and stakeholder coordination.
• Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage procurement, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Logistics Management skills to plan transport, sequencing, and site deliveries for complex, multi-phase projects.
• Inspection and quality control skills to support site inspections, verify workmanship, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Experience in construction, façade systems, retail fit out, or related fields, ideally with luxury or high-end projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for cost estimating, value engineering, and financial tracking.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary, international teams.
• Proficiency with project management and estimating tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, specialized construction software) and general digital literacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
