Sport Clips Haircuts in Oregon City is now hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is perfect for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist ready to grow their leadership career while still doing what they love, cutting hair.

$32-$39+ per hour (hourly wage + tips + commissions + performance bonuses)

What You'll Do
Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination

Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience
Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards

Provide high-quality men's haircuts and grooming services
Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture

What We're Looking For

Active Oregon Cosmetology or Barber License
Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men's cutting preferred)

Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)
Passion for customer service and team development

Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
