What You'll Do
- Assist the Store Manager with daily operations: scheduling, coaching, team development, and performance
- Cut hair and deliver the same high-level service as your team - you'll stay active on the floor
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and training as the team is built
- Mentor and develop stylists, helping them grow in skill, confidence, and career
- Partner with leadership to drive revenue, retention, and guest satisfaction
- Help establish strong standards for cleanliness, organization, and brand delivery
- Contribute to building a positive, fun, team-oriented culture from day one
- $25-$40/hr total pay (hourly base + tips + bonuses)
- Pay grows with your performance, leadership, and store success
