Territory Sales Manager – Automotive / Tires

Remote Position – Covering California

$70,000 – $80,000 + Up to $28k in Annual Bonus (Paid Quarterly) + $600 Car Allowance + Career Progression to Regional Manager + New Industry Training + Excellent Company Benefits

Are you a Sales professional with automotive industry experience, looking to join a globally recognized organization, offering career progression to management and the opportunity to take ownership of a key territory?

In this role, you’ll focus on engaging an established customer base in the automotive sector, while also developing existing accounts and winning new business within dealership networks. You’ll fly or drive to customers across California.

This role would suit someone from an automotive background, looking to learn on the job in a new industry, and progress their career with an industry leading organization.

The Role:

Manage and grow an established sales territory within the automotive sector
Build strong relationships with distributors and key customer accounts
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product delivery
Travel across your territory to meet customers, attend meetings, and support business development initiatives
Monday – Thursday, Travelling – Work from home Friday

The Person:

Sales professional with experience in automotive or related industries
Comfortable with regular travel across a defined territory
Motivated by growth, targets, and long-term career progression
Looking to join a stable, growing company with excellent long-term prospects
