Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Manufacturing & Engineering
100% Onsite | $75,000 - $80,000 Base + Up to 25% Annual Bonus
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a proven background recruiting within manufacturing and/or engineering environments.
This is a dedicated, full-cycle recruiting role not an HR Generalist or HRBP position. The ideal candidate is a true recruiter who knows how to proactively source, engage, and hire manufacturing talent.
Key Qualifications:
- Manufacturing and/or engineering recruiting experience required
- Strong full cycle Talent Acquisition background
- Proven ability to source passive and hard-to-find candidates
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers
- Strong candidate screening and assessment skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and recruiting priorities
Compensation: $75,000- $80,000 base salary + up to 25% annual KPI-based bonus, with total compensation potential of $100,000.
Important: This position is 100% onsite, Monday–Friday. No remote or hybrid option. Candidates should carefully consider the daily commute before applying.
