What We're Looking For

We need a self-starting, results-oriented Senior Project Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and can independently lead complex, cross-functional technology projects from start to finish. You'll be the driving force behind strategic initiatives-ensuring alignment, momentum, and successful delivery without direct staff management.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of direct project management experience, including full lifecycle implementations
• 5+ years of technical expertise in deploying enterprise software and data center technologies
• Proven ability to lead independently, manage shifting priorities, and deliver under pressure
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and BI platforms
• PMP, SAFe, or similar certification preferred
• Valid driver's license (Virginia license required within 60 days of hire)

Your Mission

As a Senior PM, you'll be entrusted with high-impact projects that shape the future of our technology landscape. You'll coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders-ensuring every initiative is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute technology-driven projects aligned with organizational priorities
• Develop and manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and success criteria
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain momentum and resolve roadblocks
• Communicate proactively through reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates
• Manage risks and scope changes with agility and strategic foresight
• Drive post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Utilize tools like Microsoft Project, Planview PPM Pro, JIRA, and Confluence to track progress and adjust plans
• Prepare executive-level presentations and documentation to support decision-making
