Work Environment\n

This position will be primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a strong connection with clients through virtual therapy sessions. Although the role is remote, you will be part of a cohesive team that meets regularly for supervision, training, and support. Our outpatient office may also serve as an occasional meeting space for collaborative efforts and team activities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients, creating a safe space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to provide effective counseling for individuals, couples, and family sessions, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and trauma.

• Lead regular therapy sessions while implementing strategies to track and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists, making referrals when necessary to enhance the holistic treatment experience for each client.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans consistently while adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.

• Conduct ongoing evaluations of client progress to modify approaches and ensure the most effective care is delivered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse range of individuals, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health challenges. Our clients often seek support for issues such as family conflict, relationship troubles, anxiety disorders, depression, and behavioral issues.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• Demonstrated expertise in providing individual and/or group therapy, showcasing a history of successfully implementing therapeutic interventions.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary to manage caseloads effectively and fulfill administrative responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
