Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Clinical Pharmacist position is available for evening shifts (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) in Tulsa, OK. This role focuses on optimizing patient care through safe, effective, and cost-conscious pharmaceutical services in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmaceutical care including drug dispensing and IV admixture.
• Offer accurate drug information to healthcare professionals.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff.
• Collaborate closely with the Pharmacy Director and Operations Manager to ensure quality and compliance.
• Participate in code blue responses with ACLS-certified support.

Qualifications:

• B.S. or Pharm.D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy license in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, especially for Code Blue participation.
• Preferred: Doctor of Pharmacy degree and at least 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.

Schedule:

• 10-hour evening shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
