Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time evening shift position offers the opportunity to serve as a Clinical Pharmacist in the Tulsa, OK area, working from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

In this role, you will enhance patient care by providing safe, effective, and cost-conscious pharmaceutical services. Your responsibilities will include drug dispensing, managing the IV admixture program, and delivering drug information. You will work under the guidance of the Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Operations Manager, while supervising pharmacy technicians, students, and support personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize patient pharmaceutical care through accurate medication dispensing and clinical expertise
• Manage IV admixture preparations and ensure quality control
• Provide drug-related information to healthcare staff and patients
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to maintain smooth operations
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 14 days of hire
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required for Code Blue responsePreferred:
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient hospital pharmacy experience

Schedule:

• 10-hour evening shifts (1400-2230)
