Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are ready and functioning prior to procedures.
• Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure timely and efficient case flow.
• Monitor patient's vital signs and condition during surgery and respond promptly to changes.
• Assist in maintaining a sterile environment to prevent patient infection.
• Maintain a high standard of patient safety and comfort through adherence to clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Current valid RN license in the state of California.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Operating Room setting.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Must be willing to participate in on-call rotations and weekend call shifts.
