This position supports the firm's outsourced accounting and bookkeeping practice, providing accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional looking to gain broad exposure, work directly with experienced leaders, and develop into a well-rounded accounting professional. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain client financial records Assist with month-end and year-end close activities Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules Support financial statement preparation Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Work directly with clients to address accounting and bookkeeping needs Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and firm procedures Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 1-3 years of accounting experience Public accounting, bookkeeping, or outsourced accounting experience is a plus Strong Excel and general accounting system skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Strong communication skills and desire to learn If you're looking for a role where you'll receive excellent mentorship, gain exposure to a variety of businesses, and join a firm with a positive culture and strong growth trajectory, we'd love to speak with you.
