Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Assistant to support the coordination and execution of our production operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, demonstrates strong organizational abilities, and contributes positively to a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating daily production schedules and workflow activities
Support the preparation and organization of materials and resources
Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain accurate documentation and production records
Communicate effectively with internal departments to streamline processes
Perform quality checks to ensure consistency and standards compliance
Provide administrative and operational support to the production team
