Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.The Raytheon VP of Manufacturing Operations for Sensor, New England regional for Andover, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Staff Partner to provide critical support by serving as a strategic partner and operational leader. The role will ensure the alignment of site priorities with company goals, facilitate smooth operations, and support decision-making processes across key initiatives. The Business Partner will coordinate strategic projects, streamline operational management in partnership with functional leadership, and drive stakeholder engagement while maintaining a focus on budget, performance monitoring, and compliance. This role requires the utmost discretion and safeguarding of sensitive personnel, business and proprietary information. The ideal candidate will be a creative, innovative troubleshooter who possesses very strong organization, coordination, planning, analytical, teaming, cooperation and problem-solving skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven individual to make a significant impact by supporting the Regional Site VP and contributing to the long-term success of the site and the organizationWhat You Will DoAlignment of Priorities: Ensure site activities are aligned with overarching company objectives and streamline the execution of high-priority initiatives.Decision Support: Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide analytical support to inform decision-making and strategic direction.Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the VP and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.Program Oversight: Monitor and track the progress of key projects, addressing any challenges or issues as they arise.Budget and Resource Management: Oversee regional / site budget planning and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.Performance Monitoring: Implement metrics and tracking systems to measure progress against both strategic and operational goals.Team Leadership: Coordinates site council and staff, fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with company values and site objectives.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and industry partners.Crisis and Incident Management: Collaborate with the Business Resilience and Crisis Management (BRCM) team to support incident response, ensuring the VP and Council are well-informed and prepared to act.Meeting Preparation: Plan agendas, coordinate briefings, and ensure the VP is well-prepared for all meetings and engagements.Policy and Compliance: Ensure that initiatives, projects, and activities comply with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and 8 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience.Experience in programs / project management, leadership executive support and /or a technical lead in any technical discipline (engineering, operations, security, functional or mission areas... etc.).Qualifications We PreferStrong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Experience in budget management and financial oversight.Decision Making and Analytical and Strategic ThinkingOperational EfficiencyCross-Functional CollaborationStakeholder ManagementTeam Leadership and DevelopmentCommunication and Interpersonal SkillsWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
