HR Generalist

We are looking for an HR Generalist at Howard Memorial Hospital. We are a critical access hospital located in Nashville, Arkansas. We provide comprehensive patient-focused care in a variety of settings— emergency, surgical, inpatient and outpatient—delivered by skilled medical professionals. Our not-for-profit status ensures that all financial resources remaining after expenses are re-invested in the hospital to improve technology, the facility and patient services. This position is an integral role in supporting Human Resources and the employees at HMH. It is a full-time, 72 hours per pay period position. Responsibilities Assists with recruitment and hiring of staff. Provides orientation for new employees. Enter employee data to establish and maintain software systems. Inform applicants and employees of HMH’s benefit package. Supports employee activities, such as the annual holiday party, retirement receptions, etc. Qualifications Associates degree or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Previous HR experience highly desired. Excellent written and verbal communication. Experience using Microsoft Office Products required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
