The Talent Acquisition Consultant partners with management to identify short- and long-term staffing needs and executes appropriate recruitment strategies. Responsible for sourcing, recruitment, screens and interviews with qualified candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions across the LifeBridge Health system.

This position is remote; however, candidates MUST be local to Baltimore to regularly attend onsite job fairs and key meetings at our corporate office and hospital sites, as well as in the events community.

Responsibilities:

• Sources, recruits, screens and interviews qualified candidates for the LifeBridge Health System. Uses internet and other media to source candidates.
• Builds and maintains successful recruitment networking relationships.
• Markets organization as a Great Place to Work. Applies behavioral interviewing techniques in an effort to select candidates.
• Ensures diverse candidates in applicant pool. Effectively communicates status of vacant job recruitment activities, updating the hiring manager at agreed upon frequencies.
• Assists hiring manager with selection of candidate. Coordinates offer of employment and notification of candidates not selected with service center.
• Analyzes recruitment trend, metrics and applicable data to determine effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• Tracks and evaluates effectiveness of sourcing strategy by running and analyzing position manager reports.
• Evaluates effectiveness of recruitment activities and strategies by comparing relevant statistics such as number of hires, successful referrals, sign-on bonus, and other attraction incentives against cost of recruitment activities and by decreased agency use.
• Prepares monthly recruitment reports for customers utilizing applicant tracking system and Lawson.
• Anticipates workforce needs across the system and develops appropriate action plans. Determines appropriate recruitment sourcing strategy at onset of position opening.
• Review of current candidate database, identification of internal candidates, development of candidate pipeline and external advertising.
• Stays abreast of current recruitment trends and best practices amongst health care providers to ensure SHOB competitive edge.
• Attends recruitment events, job fairs and local schools, to introduce LifeBridge Health to potential applicants and to conduct screening interviews.
• Plays an active role in promoting health care careers at external career fairs and community events and tracks ROI.
• Actively participates on recruitment task forces as appropriate, e. g. MACHR, Premium Labor, Retention Committee, Mayor's office, VSP and other community agencies.
• Maintains effective working relationship with Recruiters at other LBH entities and internal key stakeholders. Understands and abides by LifeBridge Health's customer service commitment.

Experience:

• 1-3 years or recruitment experience required; healthcare/hospital recruitment preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred

This is a salaried position. Pay Range: $27.00 to $51.27, based on experience
