What You'll Do

Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols.

Obtain patient histories, explain procedures, and address concerns to ensure patient comfort. Operate and maintain imaging equipment to guarantee high-quality results. Prepare and administer radioactive isotopes to obtain accurate diagnostic images. Document all procedures accurately and maintain logs and records. Follow radiation safety guidelines, perform quality assurance checks, and adhere to regulatory standards. Support other radiology functions as needed. Perform routine maintenance on imaging equipment to ensure proper functioning.

What You Need

Required:

• Valid ARRT or NMTCB certification in nuclear medicine
• At least 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine technology
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety and patient care
• Ability to work independently under general supervision

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a hospital setting
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
