Remote Customer Service Representative (Work From Home - 1099 Contractor)

We are continuously onboarding Remote Customer Service Representatives for a structured independent contractor opportunity supporting national client programs.

This is a work-from-home 1099 contractor role requiring certification completion and adherence to performance standards.

Requirements

  • Windows-based PC

  • Wired high-speed internet

  • USB headset

  • Ability to attend full certification

  • Financial readiness for startup/platform fees

  • Background check (if applicable)

This is not W-2 employment

  • Independent Contractor (1099)

  • Remote client servicing

  • Required virtual certification (10 days–6 weeks depending on program)
