Job Title: Enrolled Agent - Tax Preparer Salary: $80,000 - $140,000 Job Location: Naples, FL Job Setting: On-site Job Overview A growing accounting firm in Naples, Florida is seeking an experienced Enrolled Agent (EA) / Tax Preparer to join its in-office team. This role focuses on complex individual, trust, and business tax return preparation with year-round client engagement. Responsibilities Prepare and review 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, and 1065 returns Support tax planning, compliance, and IRS correspondence Collaborate with fiduciaries, attorneys, and financial advisors Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely filings Qualifications Active EA/CPA credential in good standing 3+ years of tax preparation experience Experience with Drake, UltraTax, or similar software QuickBooks knowledge preferred Trust/estate experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Bonus potential 401(k) Flexible schedule Continuing education support EEO Statement GCG is one of the world’s leading providers of business transformation solutions related to supply chain and technology solutions for order fulfillment and marketing execution.
