Internal Medicine Or Family Medicine Physician Opportunity

Exciting opportunity for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join a well-established, physician-owned group in a thriving New Mexico community. This is an ideal position for someone seeking a balanced schedule, strong earning potential, and a clear path to partnership.

Practice Highlights

• Physician-owned group with 4 partners
• Established patient base with predominantly commercial and Medicare patients (minimal Medicaid)
• Manageable patient volume: approximately 14–16 patients per day (~2 per hour)
• Flexibility to incorporate procedures based on your scope of practice
• Flexible scheduling: 4- or 5-day work week (8s or 10s available)
• Phone-only call responsibilities
• Partnership opportunity available after 2 years

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: Up to $275,000
• $20,000 sign-on bonus (forgiven over 3 years)
• Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
• $2,000 annual CME allowance
• Paid malpractice and licensing
• Generous PTO: 3 weeks vacation + 1 week CME
• Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and Simple IRA
