Clinical Nurse ENT/Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery

BJC HealthCare seeks a Clinical Nurse for its ENT and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery services in St. Louis. In this role, you’ll provide specialized pre- and post-operative care, coordinate clinic and surgical workflows, and support patients through complex procedures and recovery. You’ll perform assessments, administer medications, manage wounds and drains, and deliver clear, compassionate education to patients and families. Working within a collaborative, mission-driven team, you’ll participate in quality initiatives, continuous learning, and evidence-based practice while advancing your surgical nursing expertise in a leading, research-connected health system.
