Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to assess and treat a range of emotional and relational issues.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, to effectively support clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in accordance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and refer clients to community resources, including support groups, educational programs, and additional mental health services.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of developments in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Home Hope & Healing, you will support a diverse population of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and familial conflicts. We emphasize a client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to meet each client's unique backgrounds, cultures, and personal experiences. You will work closely with clients to establish rapport and trust, fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active and valid California LMFT license is required to practice.
\n
• Proven experience in clinical assessment, development of treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions, preferably with at least two years of relevant experience.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to foster strong therapeutic relationships.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations, including at-risk groups, and employing culturally competent methodologies in therapy.

• Familiarity with community resources available in Fontana, California, or surrounding areas.
\n
• Advanced training in specific therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
