T LC, The Treatment and Learning Centers, is seeking a licensed psychologist to join our interdisciplinary outpatient team in Rockville, Maryland. This position offers the opportunity to provide psychological assessment, counseling, consultation, and collaboration within a well-established nonprofit organization serving neurodiverse individuals and their families. Our psychologists work closely with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, educational diagnosticians, counselors, and educators to support individuals and families across the lifespan. Responsibilities may include: Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations across the lifespan, from toddlers through older adults Assessing concerns related to autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, executive functioning, emotional and behavioral functioning, and developmental differences Writing comprehensive reports and providing feedback to families and schools Providing individual, family, and/or group counseling services Consulting and collaborating with other professionals within TLC's interdisciplinary programs Participating in case consultation and collaborative treatment planning Providing supervision and mentoring opportunities based on experience and licensure level Salary range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000, depending on experience, licensure and responsibilities Experience and Skills Qualifications for the Psychologist Include: Required: PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or Counseling Psychology Current Maryland psychology license, or eligibility for Maryland licensure Experience conducting psychological assessments Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and/or families Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment Preferred: Experience evaluating autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and learning disabilities Interest in working with neurodiverse populations Experience with or interest in play therapy and working with younger children TLC Hours of Operation: Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Full-time clinicians are expected to work at least two evenings per week until approximately 6:00 or 7:00 PM How do you know if you have a disability?
