REPORTS TO: Senior Executive Pastor CLASSIFICATION: Full-time ROLE SUMMARY The Executive Assistant is responsible for keeping the path of the Senior Pastors and Senior Executive Pastor clear of non-essential tasks and decisions so that they can do what only they can do. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the go-to person for the Senior Pastors and Senior Executive Pastor to rely on (in collaboration with the Chief of Staff) Execute, organize, manage, or present solutions for a wide variety of projects, including organizational systems and metrics. Assist with administrative duties, including calendar management, responding to emails, managing requests, booking travel, etc. Proactively do everything possible to help the Senior Executive Pastor and Chief of Staff be more efficient and effective. Assist with preparing meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and executive communications. Performs other duties as assigned. Lead groups and ministries in developing a biblical foundation and a life of faith. LEVEL REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE: NOT REQUIRED. Administrative – “I contribute through organization.” Ensure smooth operations through planning, scheduling, and coordination. Advance the mission by managing resources, logistics, and processes efficiently. LEVEL REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE: HIGH. Team Leadership – “I guide through collaboration & influence” Lead teams by fostering open communication, leveraging strengths, building trust, influencing decisions, and coaching to achieve goals. Innovation – “I contribute through creative solutions.” Bring ideas to life through design, media, or problem-solving. Create solutions that engage, inspire, or enhance ministry outcomes. Task-Based – “I deliver through execution.” Prioritize and accomplish tasks with accuracy, reliability, and focus. LEVEL REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE: HIGH. Guardian – “I protect by following and enforcing the rules.” Safeguard integrity. Enforce policies, procedures, and regulations to guard against errors and maintain alignment with established practices. LEVEL REQUIRED FOR THIS ROL E: HIGH. QUALIFICATIONS Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills The ability to organize and execute a wide variety of tasks with a resourceful attitude The ability to go with the flow, but to bring order and structure where needed A love for efficient systems and an ability to build them Initiative to proactively move the ball forward Proficiency with technology, including Apple and Microsoft apps Excellent proofreading skills Have experience with event planning or communications Are into personality assessments Love metrics and spreadsheets SALARY STATEMENT Compensation for this position is generally structured around $24.00 per hour. Depending on a candidate’s experience and qualifications, the final offer may be above or below this amount, subject to pre-established budgetary constraints. WORK SCHEDULE 40 hours per week w/ occasional overtime. Monday – Friday 8am-5pm. Flex to evenings/weekends for events/special situations. COMPLIANCE NOTICE PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS This position involves prolonged periods of sitting, with occasional standing and walking. The role requires frequent use of hands for typing and operation of office equipment, as well as sustained visual focus on computer screens. Lifting is minimal and generally limited to items up to 10–15 pounds. Work is performed in a climate-controlled office environment with minimal physical risk.
