Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

• CPR Certification:
  • Candidates are required to possess a valid CPR certification.
  • Allied Universal will provide training at no cost by our Regional Training team

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, building perimeters, parking areas, access points, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document entries, incidents, and observations accurately.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and follow established escalation procedures.
• Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with site contacts, following Allied Universal and site-specific requirements, and maintaining detailed activity reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
