Job Details Location: Dixie Plywood & Lumber Co. of Houston – Houston, TX 77033 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 2 Year Degree Travel Percentage: Road Warrior Job Shift: Day Job Category: Sales Position Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities Represent the company in a professional manner and provide customers with the utmost in customer service. Evaluate product knowledge, prior accomplishments, and contribute to making the company a market leader. Qualifications Proven sales experience in the dealer market. Product knowledge in dealer specialty products, Hardie siding and trim, softwood lumber and plywood, and other building materials. Purchasing experience desirable but not mandatory. Strong emphasis on communication skills, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline. Aptitude for computer applications. Knowledge and familiarity of the market and/or primary products. Team player, working with an Inside Sales representative as a team. Customer service skills.
