CNC Machine Shop {Multiple Openings}

Job Description

CNC Machine Shop in Vista has multiple openings in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift!

Bead Blast/Polish: Polishing parts with high RPM polishing wheel and or bead blasting parts with sand media, bead blast preparation (taping parts), and light polishing with hand tool (Dremel). Must be able to lift/carry 5-15lb trays of parts.
Machine Operator: Loading/tightening parts and unloading/untightening parts into machine using pneumatic tool and t-wrench for secondary quick check. There is measuring and writing involved. Must be able to lift/carry 5-15lb trays of parts, Light housekeeping.
Assembly: Fitting, aligning, and fastening components together using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and precision measurement equipment.
Quality Assurance: Checking completed assemblies against tolerance requirements and working alongside quality management systems.

1st shift: 6am-2:30pm OR 7am-3:30pm

2nd shift: 3:30pm-12am

3rd shift: 12am-7am
