JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL FUNCTION The Workforce Management Manager is responsible for leading the workforce planning, scheduling, forecasting, labor analytics, and workforce management strategy for Pearle Vision. This role provides leadership for workforce management initiatives, ensuring optimal labor utilization, operational efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. The Manager oversees workforce management processes, leads continuous improvement efforts, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business Administration, Business Systems, or related discipline 3-5 years experience in workforce analytics Strong analytical skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications High level of customer service and communication skills Experience with UKG or other workforce management solutions including payroll, time and attendance Pay Range:102,315.00-155,453.40 This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
