Apply today.WHAT YOU WILL DOThe Sr. Enterprise Architecture Manager leads enterprise architecture planning, standards governance, architecture review, and technology roadmap alignment across HCA IT. This role partners with business, Digital, Service Delivery, OEM/HQ, and vendor stakeholders to guide architecture decisions, support integration strategy, manage technology standards, and promote scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTEnterprise Architecture Strategy, Standards & RoadmapsDefine and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, standards, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps.Partner with stakeholders to align business and technology priorities, integration strategies, and future-state architectures.Maintain enterprise architecture artifacts, including system landscapes, service catalogs, and architecture repositories.Enterprise Architecture Tooling, Asset Management & ReportingManage architecture tools, standards inventories, and technology lifecycle reporting.Assess technology risks, technical debt, and lifecycle issues, providing recommendations for remediation.Architecture Governance & Review Board LeadershipLead Architecture Review Board (ARB) processes, architecture reviews, and governance activities.Ensure solutions comply with enterprise standards through design reviews, architecture decisions, and stakeholder alignment.Architecture Execution, Integration & Vendor CoordinationProvide architecture leadership across enterprise initiatives, ensuring solutions align with approved standards, roadmaps, and integration strategies.Partner with internal teams and vendors to support successful architecture execution and delivery.Industry Research, Innovation & Architecture RecommendationsMonitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement of enterprise architecture capabilities.Provide strategic recommendations that support business objectives and future technology direction.QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology strategy.Experience developing architecture standards, governance frameworks, roadmaps, reference architectures, and integration strategies.Strong knowledge of cloud architectures, enterprise integrations, microservices, distributed systems, and application modernization.Experience with architecture governance, technology lifecycle planning, application rationalization, and technical debt management.Experience with Salesforce, digital platforms, AI/ML, cloud technologies, or emerging technologies preferred.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Enterprise architecture, cloud, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.WE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLEAt HCA, our people drive our success.
