Build the Growth Engine for a Company Reinventing Workforce Solutions This isn't a maintenance role. It's a builder's role. Workwell North America is scaling fast, and this is a brand new position created to own our digital marketing function from the ground up. You'll take the wheel on live Google Ads campaigns, build out our HubSpot reporting infrastructure, and turn raw data into the insights that shape where we invest next. You'll work alongside a lean, sharp marketing team with direct visibility to leadership and a straight line between your work and company growth. Why This Role Is Different You'll see the impact. Your recommendations reach marketing leadership directly. What You'll Own Organic Growth Drive SEO strategy: keyword targeting, competitor analysis, content recommendations, on-page optimization Monitor technical site health (Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, schema) Partner with our team to ship technical SEO improvements Paid Media Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns end to end: budgets, bidding, targeting, creative testing Sharpen conversion tracking and turn performance data into ROI gains Marketing Operations & Insight Build HubSpot dashboards that track MQLs, funnel conversion, and pipeline contribution Develop automation workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation that scale with the business Run A/B tests and attribution analysis, then present findings that move decisions What You Bring 3 to 5 years of B2B digital marketing experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Hands-on fluency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Ads A track record of turning messy data into clear business recommendations Comfort owning budgets and being measured against CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead volume A self-starter mindset: you don't wait for direction, you bring the insight Nice to have: HubSpot Marketing Hub experience, Google or HubSpot certifications, and a background in HR tech, staffing, or another considered-purchase B2B space.
