A fast-paced, customer-focused dealership, seeking a highly organized Service Scheduler to coordinate appointments, proactively communicate with customers, and keep our service schedule running smoothly. Responsibilities Schedule and manage service appointments Proactively contact customers to confirm, follow up, and fill open schedule gaps Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text Maintain accurate records in scheduling systems Support team to ensure efficient daily operations Qualifications Strong organization and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service Comfortable with computers and scheduling software Prior scheduling/administrative experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Ongoing training and certification support Modern, well-equipped facility Room for growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
