Big Rock Bar & Brew is looking for a motivated, dependable, and professional Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

We are a neighborhood craft brewery and scratch kitchen with a smaller kitchen setup, which means we need someone who can work hard, stay organized, and take responsibility for the entire kitchen when needed. At times, this may be a solo kitchen, so reliability, cleanliness, and self-motivation are extremely important.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Help manage the flow of the kitchen during service
• Keep the entire kitchen clean, organized, and ready for the next shift
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Work efficiently during busy service while maintaining consistency
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, management, and front-of-house employees
• Assist with prep work, stocking, dishes, cleaning, and closing duties
• Take ownership of the kitchen and help make sure everything is done the right way

Required Skills

• Line cooking experience preferred

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
