This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service expertise in a fast-paced, professional environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impressionCheck guests in and out efficiently using the hotel management systemHandle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesyManage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accuratelyProvide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and servicesMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk areaCoordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfactionProcess payments and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions securelyFollow all safety and security procedures to protect guests and staffSkills and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plusProven experience in customer service or front desk operations preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with hotel management software and MS Office SuiteAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFriendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on guest satisfactionWe foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment that values growth and development.
