Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced registered nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain a sterile operating environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to execute surgical procedures efficiently.
• Document patient information and surgical outcomes accurately.
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards within the department.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Virginia.
• Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
