This includes configuring out-of-the-box features, developing custom applications, and integrating ITSM with third-party systems. The role requires expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or other ITSM modules, along with strong scripting and automation skills. This role will be responsible for hands-on development within the ITSM platform including but not limited to client scripts, business rules, ui actions, ui policies, data policies, workflow, flow designer, integration hub spokes, script includes, catalog items, portal widgets, ui pages, event and alert rules. Qualifications: EducationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Required orIn Lieu of degree four (4) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement. RequiredWork Experience3 years of experience as a ITSM Developer. Required or in lieu of degree a total of seven (7) years of experience RequiredProficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, ITSM APIs. RequiredExperience with ITSM processes and Service Portal development. RequiredExperience with CMDB and ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping). RequiredExperience with HRSD, SecOps, GRC, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). RequiredLicenses and CertificationsITSM Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
