Sales Administrative Assistant Position Summary Digital Tool & Die is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrative Assistant to support the Sales and Project Management teams. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting customer communications, processing work orders, and ensuring efficient workflow through the company’s ERP system. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administrative & Customer Support Provide administrative and clerical support to both customers and internal team members. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, memos, forms, and emails. Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems in accordance with company procedures. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and occasional travel arrangements. Run company-related errands as needed. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. ERP & Data Management Enter work orders accurately and efficiently into the

Global Shop Solutions (GSS) ERP system . Coordinate the transfer of new work order packages to the Project Coordinator for review and release. Maintain accurate ERP records and assist with data verification, updates, and system maintenance activities. Perform data entry and record management while ensuring compliance with company procedures. Sales & Project Support Support the Sales and Project Management teams with customer documentation, order processing, and administrative tasks. Assist in preparing customer correspondence, quotations, project documentation, and sales-related materials. Maintain customer records and ensure sales information remains current and accurate. Help coordinate communication between customers and internal departments to support project execution. Assist with departmental initiatives aimed at improving workflow efficiency, organization, and customer service. Qualifications

Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative, office support, customer service, or manufacturing office environment preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with ERP systems, preferably
