Quality Analyst II

Quality Analyst IIThe Quality Analyst II performs inspections and quality verification of electrical equipment and assemblies used on photovoltaic projects with increasing independence. This role documents findings, supports process improvements, and helps ensure products meet established specifications and customer requirements.Premier PV is a leading manufacturer of solar electrical balance of systems solutions and renewable energy products, dedicated to advancing sustainable energy technologies. Our mission is to provide innovative, efficient, and reliable products that enhance solar energy systems.Key Responsibilities:Perform inspections of manufacturing goods, electrical components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies with increased complexity and reduced supervisionConduct dimensional and electrical inspections and identify defects or deviations from specificationsDocument inspection results and non-conformances, and recommend corrective actionsInterpret technical drawings, manufacturing drawings, diagrams, specifications, and product data sheetsVerify products meet internal and customer quality requirements prior to shipmentSupport quality audits and equipment calibration activitiesAssist in training entry-level Quality Analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesRequired Skills and Knowledge:2–4+ years of experience in quality inspection or a manufacturing environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or an associate degree preferredWorking knowledge of ISO 9001 manufacturing practicesSolid understanding of electrical components and assembly processesAbility to interpret technical drawings of moderate complexityStrong documentation, reporting, and communication skillsBasic root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilitiesBenefits and Pay:Competitive hourly range, based on experience and qualifications.Generous benefits package including paid holidays, PTO, sick leave as per state regulations, medical/dental/vision insurance, FSA/HSA, disability coverages, and a 401K plan with matching contributions.Premier PV provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
